1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DailyDraw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DailyDraw provides daily drawing prompts tailored to your skill level. The Service includes a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("DailyDraw Plus").

3. Free Plan

The free plan includes:

• One daily drawing prompt based on your skill level
• Ability to upload and view your submissions
• Streak tracking and calendar view
• Optional account creation to save progress across devices

Free users may see advertisements within the app.

4. DailyDraw Plus (Paid Subscription)

DailyDraw Plus is an optional paid subscription that includes:

• Unlimited practice prompts with drawing timer
• Full archive access
• Ad-free experience
• Support for the creator

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. Billing terms, renewal dates, and cancellation options are determined by your payment provider.

5. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your DailyDraw Plus subscription at any time through the "Cancel Subscription" option in your profile. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Plus features until the end of your current billing period. Refund policies are governed by your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play).

6. Account & Authentication

You may use DailyDraw as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email and password. Guest data is stored locally on your device and may be lost if you clear your browser data.

An account is required to purchase a DailyDraw Plus subscription, ensuring your subscription is preserved across devices.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any drawings or images you upload to DailyDraw. By uploading content, you grant DailyDraw a limited license to store and display your submissions back to you within the Service. We do not share, sell, or publicly display your uploaded content without your consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

9. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service: email address (if you create an account), skill level preference, and uploaded drawings. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Uploaded images are stored securely and are only accessible to you.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyDraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
